Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Sales Coach to support the Ryder Sales University program, focusing on learning paths and coaching. You will work with field sales leadership to identify training opportunities and review IDPs with salespeople, delivering trainings via classroom and webinar.

Independent work with minimal supervision, you will monitor performance, facilitate development plans, and drive continuous improvement in sales effectiveness across multi-channel environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Marketing or equivalent work experience.
• Seven (7) years or more Sales or Account Manager with successful sales and coaching experience within a multi-channel business service environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and development needs of the sales team; curate development plans with coaching.
• Consult with field sales leaders to identify training opportunities and outcomes.
• Deliver sales training via classroom and webinar; design content with Sales Training.
• Pursue continuous improvement through program evaluations and leadership feedback.
