Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Sales Training Coach to support the Ryder Sales University program. The role focuses on enhancing the effectiveness of the sales and support talent in the SCS/DTS Sales organization through personalized learning paths and coaching.

Regular meetings with field sales to review assessments and IDPs are required, with training facilitation and delivery in various formats. The position involves independent work with minimal supervision, collaboration with sales

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Marketing or equivalent work experience.
Seven (7) years or more Sales or Account Manager with successful sales and coaching experience in a multi-channel business service environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor performance and development needs of the sales team; curate development plans with coaching and motivation.
Consultant to the field sales leaders.
Deliver sales training via classroom and webinar; decide on delivery method with Sales Training organization.
Provide recommendation and assistance on training content, design, and modality.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement based on program evaluations and leadership feedback.
