Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Sales Coach to support the Ryder Sales University program, focusing on developing sales and support talent through personalized learning paths and coaching.

The role involves partnering with field sales leadership to identify coaching opportunities and improve productivity and skills. Regular reviews of assessments, IDPs, and progress are expected, with independent work and minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Marketing or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years in sales or account management with coaching experience in a multi-channel environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and development needs of the sales team.
• Consult with field sales leaders on training needs.
• Deliver training via classroom and webinars; decide delivery method and content with Sales Training.
• Provide recommendations on training content, design and modality.
• Seek continuous improvement opportunities based on evaluations and feedback.
