Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Sales Coach to advance the Ryder Sales University program, partnering with field sales leaders to tailor coaching and development plans.

You will meet with sales staff to review assessments and IDPs, deliver training, and drive improvements in productivity and skills. The role requires guiding sessions, leveraging Teams for virtual sessions, and independent decision-making in training management while collaborating with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Marketing or equivalent work experience.
• Seven years or more Sales or Account Manager with coaching experience in a multi-channel environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and development needs of the sales team; curate development plans and coach salespeople.
• Consult field sales leaders to identify training opportunities and coaching needs.
• Deliver sales training via classroom and webinar with content design input.
• Recommend training content and modalities based on feedback and evaluations.
• Pursue continuous improvement opportunities based on program evaluations and leadership input.
