Aleron is seeking a Customer Service Sales Support professional in Melbourne, FL to join our Acara Solutions team. This role blends sales administration with customer service, handling orders, supporting the sales pipeline, and ensuring accurate documentation. You will collaborate with team members to resolve issues and drive client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of Proven inside sales experience.
• 2+ years of sales/sales support experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel (Client Services/Billing).
• 2+ years of experience in general computer operations.
• 2+ years of phone presence and handling a large volume of inbound calls per day.

Responsibilities

• Process web orders, maintain accurate customer records, review sales documentation, and ensure confidential handling of test results.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and website contact forms, providing product information, order updates, after-sales support, and complaint resolution.
• Qualify leads, support sales onboarding, follow up with prospective and existing customers, and assist with order completion and payment processing.
• Research sales and reporting issues, coordinate troubleshooting, identify process improvements, and provide backup support to the sales team.
• Coordinate testing logistics, including locating collection facilities, preparing testing packages, and maintaining compliance with DOT regulations.
