Responsibilities

Process incoming customer orders, inquiries, and service requests, ensuring information is accurately recorded and maintained.
Provide first-level customer support remotely and onsite, resolving routine issues in line with established procedures.
Escalate complex technical questions and service issues to qualified Service Technicians or Service Engineers.
Work closely with customers, sales representatives, and internal teams to clarify orders and support issue resolution.
Assist with pre‑ and post‑sales technical product support for customer solutions.
