Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to sales representatives and department leaders.
• Prepare and send correspondence, reports, documents, and other materials containing confidential information.
• Maintain CRM activity and organize business reports using Outlook, Salesforce, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.
• Manage submission workflows and coordinate with clients, referral sources, and sales representatives to meet sales deadlines.
• Complete sales submissions and other administrative tasks as needed to support department operations.
