Acara Solutions, part of the Aleron family, is seeking a Recruitment Specialist in Florida. You will deliver exceptional customer service, oversee contract staff at client sites, and drive recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles across a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• One to three years of relevant experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical and advanced manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients and candidates.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Receive and vet job orders, source, screen, interview, and present candidates to clients.
• Match candidates with suitable placements using independent judgment and interviewing skills.
• Maintain recruitment metrics, community networking, and candidate follow-up.
• Liaise between Acara, clients, candidates, and contract employees with professionalism and integrity.
• Provide administrative onboarding/offboarding for contract employees and ensure smooth processes.
• Cultivate community relations and retain a pool of temporary/contract staff.
