The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Sales Manager for the Morehead City, NC location. This role leads a high-performing selling culture, drives sales results, and delivers an engaging customer experience across front-end and service operations.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, ensuring SOP compliance, managing POS usage, and supporting omnichannel services like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery while promoting loyalty programs and protective service offerings.

Competenze

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Mansioni

• Lead and champion a high-performing selling culture across the store.
• Oversee front-end and service operations with consistent selling behaviors and brand standards.
• Coach and develop team members; provide Manager-on-Duty coverage.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems and support omni-channel service.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program and MCC/Extend services to drive customer retention.
• Drive sales and operational excellence in departments like Knit & Sew Shop and Custom Framing (where applicable).
• Support BOPIS and Same Day Delivery execution and asset protection practices.
