Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors, driving conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure accurate and efficient use of POS and Self-Checkout systems for smooth transactions.
• Oversee in-store programs and events (Balloons, birthday parties) and loyalty program enrollment.
• Promote MCC/Extend services and protection plans to customers.
• Drive sales and omni-channel service in Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar experience.
• Support Custom Framing operations with customer consultations and coordination.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Partner in maintaining Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
