You will oversee front-end and service operations, coach the team, manage POS and Self-Checkout, and champion omni-channel services including BOPIS and delivery. Responsibilities include enforcing SOPs, brand standards, and asset protection while training staff and delivering a top-notch customer experience.

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion a high-performing selling culture across the store.
• Oversee front-end and service operations to ensure adherence to SOPs and brand standards.
• Coach and develop team members through structured onboarding and ongoing training.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership during shifts.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems for smooth transactions.
• Drive loyalty program enrollment and protect assets through loss-prevention practices.
• Support omni-channel efforts including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Engage customers in protection plans and extended services where applicable.
