Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the store team while upholding SOPs and company programs.
• Model customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage to ensure smooth transactions.
• Drive omni-channel service, BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards program to drive retention and visits.
• Oversee specialty areas (Knit & Sew Shop, framing operations) and events.
• Protect assets and reduce shrink through compliant operations.
• Train and develop team members across departments.
