Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing sales team to meet KPIs.
• Oversee front-end and service operations to ensure brand standards.
• Ensure SOP compliance and policy execution across store.
• Drive omni-channel service including BOPIS/Same Day Delivery.
• Promote loyalty programs and MCC/Extend services.
• Support asset protection and loss-prevention initiatives.
