Responsibilities

• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations and omni-channel services.
• Manage Knit & Sew Shop and BOPIS / Same Day Delivery to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
