Amex GBT is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to own high-impact projects across sales process design, forecasting, analytics, and territory design. You will partner with Marketing, Solutions, and Analytics to deliver scalable, data-driven improvements for the go-to-market organization.

You will optimize tools like Gong, Outreach, 6sense, ZoomInfo and Salesforce, translating complex problems into actionable requirements and driving adoption across the sales team.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations or related analytical/GTM role.
• Ability to distill complex processes into actionable requirements.
• Experience with GTM tech stack and dashboards for sales enablement.

Aufgaben

• Own and drive high-impact projects across sales process design, forecasting, analytics and territory design.
• Design end-to-end sales processes from lead routing to pipeline management and pricing.
• Partner with Marketing, Solutions, Account Management and Analytics for cross-functional alignment.
• Build forecasting methodology and dashboards to surface insights and improve forecast accuracy.
• Identify inefficiencies and lead system enhancements and process improvements.
