Job summary

DriveTime Automotive Group is hiring a Sales & Operations Advisor in Gainesville, FL to engage customers, drive vehicle sales, and support day-to-day dealership operations. You will manage appointments, explain financing options, and ensure a high-quality car-buying experience.

The role requires at least a High School Diploma or GED, with 3+ years in sales/retail operations; a valid driver’s license is necessary, and a background check & drug screen will be conducted.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• Experience in sales and retail operations with proven success in driving sales performance.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with customers interested in purchasing a vehicle and guide them through the DriveTime process.
• Manage full sales cycle by making sales calls to secure appointments and convert visits into sales.
• Perform operational duties including opening/closing the store, cash handling, inventory management, audits, and administrative tasks.
