Job summary

DriveTime is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver outstanding customer experiences, guiding buyers to the right vehicle and financing options. You will support dealership operations and help ensure a high-quality customer journey.

You will manage the full sales cycle, maintain knowledge of inventory and financing, and contribute to team growth through training as you progress through Levels 0–4, gaining increased responsibilities within the dealership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in sales and retail operations.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a drug test and a background check.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with customers and guide them through the DriveTime process.
• Manage full sales cycle by completing sales calls to secure appointments and convert visits into sales.
• Perform operational responsibilities including opening/closing the store, cash handling, inventory, audits, and documentation.
• Maintain expert knowledge of dealership inventory, financing options, and sales processes.
• Contribute to a positive, safe, and effective team environment.
• Deliver a world-class, tailored customer experience in the dealership.
• Serve as a training partner for new hires.
• Progress through multi-phase role Levels 0–4 with increasing responsibility.
