Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver a world-class customer experience by understanding shopper needs and guiding them to the right vehicle and financing options.

The role also supports dealership operations, completes required tasks, maintains compliance, and helps ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience. A minimum of 3 years in sales/retail operations is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and retail operations, with proven success in driving sales performance, managing operational processes, and delivering high‑quality customer experiences.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a drug test and a background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer interactions by understanding needs and matching them with the right vehicle and financing.
• Ensure each customer completes a purchase or understands the next steps.
• Support dealership operations by completing required tasks, maintaining compliance, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
