Job summary

DriveTime is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor in Florida to deliver exceptional customer interactions by understanding needs and matching customers with the right vehicle and financing options. You will support dealership operations through essential tasks and ensure high-quality customer experiences.

You will build partnerships with customers, manage the full sales cycle, and stay knowledgeable about inventory, terms, and processes while training new hires and maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; assc/bachelors preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of sales and retail operations experience with proven success in driving sales and delivering high-quality customer experiences.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with customers interested in purchasing a vehicle and guide them through sales processes.
• Manage the full sales cycle by making sales calls to secure appointments and convert visits into sales.
• Perform store opening/closing procedures, cash handling, sales, inventory management, audits, and documentation tasks.
• Maintain expert knowledge of dealership inventory, website, financing options, and all sales processes.
• Continuously develop sales competencies including negotiation and customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to support a positive and safe work environment.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience in the dealership and introduce customers to DriveTime family of companies.
• Serve as a training partner for new hire Sales and Operations Advisors.
