Job summary

DriveTime is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver an outstanding customer experience while guiding buyers through vehicle selection, financing, and ownership steps. You will support dealership operations, ensure compliance, and help maintain a high-quality customer journey from first contact to sale completion.

The role emphasizes opening/closing duties, inventory management, and collaboration with team members to sustain a safe, productive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; higher degrees preferred.
• 3+ years in sales and retail operations with a record of driving sales.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with customers pursuing vehicle purchases and guide through financing options.
• Manage full sales cycle: calls, appointments, and converting visits to sales.
• Execute store opening/closing, cash handling, inventory and audits, and documentation.
• Maintain deep knowledge of inventory, website, financing options and sales processes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive, safe, high-performing environment.
• Provide world-class customer experience and support onboarding of new hires.
