You will guide customers from inquiry to purchase, match them with the right vehicle and financing options, and support daily store operations to ensure smooth, high-quality service.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales/retail operations, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to pass background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• Must pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and guide them through the vehicle purchase process.
• Perform operational tasks including opening/closing the store and cash handling.
• Maintain compliance and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
