Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands in the United States is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver effective customer interactions by understanding needs and matching them with a vehicle, inventory, and financing options.

You will manage the full sales cycle, support dealership operations, and help ensure a high-quality customer experience while collaborating with teammates. This role offers growth opportunities and a strong focus on training and development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience in sales and retail operations.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the past 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a drug test and a background check.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with customers and guide them through DriveTime processes.
• Manage the full sales cycle by making calls, securing appointments, and converting visits into sales.
• Perform operational tasks including opening/closing the store, cash handling, inventory management, audits, and documentation.
• Maintain expert knowledge of dealership inventory, financing options, and all related sales processes.
