Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver a world-class customer experience in our Gainesville area dealership. You will guide customers through vehicle and financing options, open and close the store, and help drive ongoing sales growth.

You will build partnerships, train new team members, and maintain compliance while managing inventory and daily operations. This role progresses through levels as you demonstrate leadership and achieve results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates or bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience in sales and retail operations.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with customers and guide them through vehicle, inventory, and financing options.
• Manage the full sales cycle by completing calls to secure appointments and convert visits into sales.
• Open/close the store, handle cash, conduct audits, and manage inventory and administrative tasks.
• Maintain compliance and deliver a high-quality, consistent customer experience.
• Train new Sales and Operations Advisors and support onboarding and development.
