Job summary

DriveTime is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to guide customers through selecting a vehicle and financing options while supporting dealership operations. The role emphasizes engaging with customers, driving appointments, and converting visits into sales.

You will maintain knowledge of inventory and financing, perform store operations, and contribute to a high-quality dealership experience. Opportunities for growth and learning are integral to this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in sales and retail operations, with proven success in driving sales and delivering customer experiences.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old; able to pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with customers and guide them through the DriveTime nurture and sales processes.
• Manage the full sales cycle by completing calls to secure appointments and convert visits into sales.
• Perform operational responsibilities including opening/closing the store, cash handling, inventory management, audits, and documentation.
• Maintain expert knowledge of dealership inventory, financing options, and related sales processes.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive, safe, and high-performing environment.
• Deliver a world-class, tailored customer experience and support onboarding of new hires.
