Job summary

Serenity Healthcare in the United States is hiring a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations to own a high-volume service location — lead the team, manage the floor, drive revenue, and ensure outstanding member experience. You will be expected to lead visibly, coach for performance, and maintain high standards even under pressure.

You will drive revenue through sales accountability, track KPIs, and ensure every member interaction reflects Serenity's service level, while developing and executing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience blending operations and sales.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Accountability to KPIs with data-driven decisions.
• Background in hospitality, upscale retail, or premium service operations.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location.
• Drive sales performance across the location and KPIs.
• Set performance standards and coach the team.
• Ensure professional member interactions and convert sales opportunities.
• Track location KPIs and use data to guide decisions.
• Identify and address underperformance promptly.
