Job summary

Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations to own a high-volume service location. You will lead the team, manage floor operations, and drive revenue while maintaining service standards.

A proven blend of operations management with a history of hitting sales goals is essential. Hospitality or premium service background is a strong plus, with no industry-specific experience required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership blending operations and sales.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Demonstrated accountability to KPIs and outcomes.
• Background in hospitality, upscale retail, or premium service operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the full day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location — staffing, workflow, floor presence, and output quality.
• Drive sales performance across the location, targeting revenue KPIs.
• Set and enforce performance standards through coaching and accountability.
• Ensure every member interaction is efficient, professional, and sales-ready.
• Track location KPIs and use data to drive operational and commercial decisions.
• Identify underperformance early and address it directly.
