Serenity is hiring a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations to own a high-volume service location, lead the team, and drive revenue while maintaining top-quality member experience. You’ll manage staffing, workflow, and service quality, and push for strong sales performance with clear KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience with a blend of operations management and sales.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Demonstrated accountability to KPIs and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the full day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location — staffing, workflow, floor presence, and output quality.
• Drive sales performance across the location, holding yourself and your team accountable to clearly defined revenue targets and KPIs.
• Set the performance standard for your team and hold it consistently through coaching, feedback, and structured accountability.
• Ensure every member interaction is efficient, professional, and reflects the level of service Serenity is known for — while identifying and converting sales opportunities.
• Track location KPIs — sales volume, conversion rates, efficiency, and quality scores — and use that data to make real operational and commercial decisions.
• Identify underperformance early and address it directly, with clarity and follow-through.
