Job summary

Serenity Healthcare is hiring a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations to own a high-volume service location in Florida. You will lead the team, manage workflow, and drive revenue while maintaining an exceptional member experience.

The role requires a proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing KPIs, with accountability for performance. You will coach staff, optimize operations, and act on opportunities while upholding Serenity’s high standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership blending operations management and sales.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Demonstrated accountability to KPIs and data-driven decisions.
• Background in hospitality, upscale retail, or premium service operations is a strong advantage.
• Direct performance conversations with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation of a high-volume location — staffing, workflow, floor presence, and output quality.
• Drive sales performance across the location, with clearly defined revenue targets and KPIs.
• Set the performance standard for your team through coaching, feedback, and accountability.
• Ensure every member interaction is efficient and reflects Serenity's service level, while identifying and converting sales opportunities.
• Track location KPIs — sales volume, conversion rates, efficiency, and quality scores, using data to drive decisions.
• Identify underperformance early and address it with clear follow-through.
