Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations in Orlando to own a high-volume location’s daily operations, team leadership, and sales performance. You will drive revenue growth while ensuring top-tier member experience and operational excellence.

Your background should include a blend of operations management and proven sales success, with the ability to coach teams and hit strict KPIs in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience blending operations management and sales.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets with measurable results.
• Demonstrated accountability to KPIs and data-driven decision making.
• Background in hospitality, upscale retail, or premium service operations preferred.
• Direct experience with performance conversations and driving improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the full day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location—staffing, workflow, floor presence, and output quality.
• Drive sales performance across the location with clearly defined revenue targets and KPIs.
• Set and uphold performance standards through coaching, feedback, and accountability.
• Ensure every member interaction is professional and aligns with Serenity's service level while identifying sales opportunities.
• Track location KPIs—sales, conversion, efficiency, quality—and translate data into operational and commercial decisions.
• Identify underperformance early and address it with clear follow-through.
