Job summary

Serenity Mental Health Centers is hiring a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations to take full ownership of a high-volume service location. You will lead the team, manage the floor, drive the sales pipeline, and ensure an exceptional member experience.

You should have a proven blend of operations management and sales success, with the ability to coach, set targets, and improve performance while maintaining high standards. No industry-specific experience required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience blending operations management and sales.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets with measurable results.
• Accountability to KPIs with data-driven decision making.
• Background in hospitality, upscale retail, or premium service operations advantageous.
• Direct experience giving performance feedback and coaching.
• Proactive problem-solver who addresses issues and drives improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the full day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location.
• Drive sales performance across the location with defined revenue targets and KPIs.
• Set and enforce performance standards through coaching and accountability.
• Ensure every member interaction is professional and reflects Serenity’s service levels, while identifying sales opportunities.
• Track location KPIs and use data to make operational and commercial decisions.
• Identify underperformance early and address it with clarity and follow-through.
