Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a customer-focused associate to join our Tampa dealership. You will greet guests, explain vehicle features and financing basics, and nurture internet leads through follow-up calls, texts, and emails.

You’ll also assist with test drives, presentations, and post-sale paperwork to ensure a smooth journey for customers. In addition, you’ll support dealership operations across departments, maintain showroom presentation, and participate in cross-training to help

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years related work experience, preferably in hospitality, sales or retail with a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist Sales & Operations Advisors during purchasing process, presenting vehicle features and financing basics.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests to nurture relationships.
• Schedule appointments and maintain communication with prospective customers via phone, text and email.
• Support the sales team with test drives, vehicle presentations, and customer follow-up activities.
• Process paperwork including down payments, title documents, trade information, and loan documents.
• Maintain vehicle inventory presentation and showroom organization.
• Support daily dealership operations across departments.
• Cross-train across dealership functions to provide flexibility and support team goals.
