DriveTime is hiring a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver a high quality customer experience by understanding needs and matching customers with the right vehicle, inventory, and financing options. You will also support dealership operations with essential tasks, ensuring compliance and smooth daily operations.

The role emphasizes building partnerships, driving sales performance, and contributing to a positive team environment while advancing through multi‑phase certification levels.

Qualifications

• Build strong partnerships with customers through DriveTime processes.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from outreach to appointment setting to closing.
• Develop negotiation and customer experience skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand needs and match with vehicle, inventory, and financing options.
• Complete sales calls to secure appointments and convert visits into sales.
• Perform operational tasks including opening/closing the store, cash handling, inventory management, audits, and documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of dealership inventory, financing options, and related sales processes.
• Provide world‑class customer experience and support onboarding of new hires for Sales and Operations Advisors.
