Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Customer Experience & Sales Support associate to greet customers, present vehicle features and financing basics, follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and assist with test drives and showroom activities.

You will work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth end-to-end customer journey and contribute to a positive, energetic dealership culture. A High School diploma and 1–3 years in customer-facing roles are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years related work experience in hospitality, sales and/or retail with a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Ability to progress through a multi-phase learning certification of Level 1 and 2 with increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist Sales & Operations Advisors during purchasing process including presenting vehicle features, pricing, financing basics, and dealership services.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests to nurture relationships and maintain engagement.
