DriveTime Family of Brands is hiring for a Customer Experience & Sales Support role. You will greet customers, present vehicle features and financing basics, and nurture prospects from inquiry to appointment.

You’ll assist across departments, handle paperwork, and keep the showroom organized while leveraging internal systems to ensure a seamless customer journey. You’ll join a team focused on growth, with cross-training, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellent service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years related work experience in hospitality, sales and/or retail with a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Progress through multi-phase Level 1 and 2 learning certifications with increasing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist Sales & Operations Advisors with purchasing, including features, pricing and financing basics.
• Follow up with internet leads and showroom guests to nurture relationships.
• Schedule appointments and maintain consistent communication via phone, text and email.
• Support the sales team with test drives, vehicle presentations, and follow-ups.
• Process paperwork including down payments, titles, trade information, and loans.
• Support daily dealership operations and maintain showroom organization.
• Utilize internal systems to support operations and ensure a smooth journey for customers.
• Collaborate with sales and management to achieve dealership goals; be cross-trained.
• Contribute to a positive, energetic, team-oriented workplace culture.
