Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands in Texas seeks a Sales and Operations Advisor to help customers find the right vehicle and financing options. You will engage with shoppers, guide them through the DriveTime Nurture and Sales processes, schedule appointments, and convert visits into completed sales while supporting dealership operations, compliance, and a high quality customer experience.

This role offers progression through multi-phase levels (0–4), ongoing training, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related work experience in sales and retail operations.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with customers and guide them through the DriveTime Nurture and Sales processes.
• Manage the full sales cycle by completing sales calls to secure appointments and converting visits into completed sales.
• Perform operational responsibilities including opening/closing the store, cash handling, sales, inventory management, and documentation.
