Job summary

DriveTime is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver high‑quality customer experiences and drive dealership performance. You will guide customers through vehicle selection and financing, while supporting store operations, inventory management, and compliance.

The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, executing the full sales cycle, and mentoring new hires as you progress through certification levels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and retail operations experience.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug test and a background check.
• High school diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with customers expressing interest in a vehicle.
• Manage full sales cycle: calls to secure appointments and convert visits.
• Handle store opening/closing, cash, inventory, audits, and documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, financing options, and sales processes.
• Develop sales competencies and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Deliver tailored customer experiences and train new hires.
