DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Customer Experience & Sales Support associate to greet customers, present vehicle features, financing basics, and nurture leads to ownership.

You’ll schedule appointments, support paperwork, and coordinate the dealership’s daily operations with a teamwork-driven, growth-minded culture. Your positive attitude helps us deliver an exceptional car-buying journey.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years related work experience in hospitality, sales and/or retail with a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and create a positive dealership experience.
• Present vehicle features, pricing, financing basics, and dealership services to customers.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests to nurture relationships and maintain engagement.
• Schedule appointments and communicate with prospective customers via phone, text and email.
• Assist with paperwork including down payments, title documents, trade information, and loan paperwork.
• Support daily dealership operations and vehicle inventory presentation and showroom organization.
• Work with sales and management teams to achieve dealership goals and adapt to changing priorities.
