Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands in Tempe and Dallas seeks a friendly, customer-focused individual for a dealership support role. You will greet customers, present vehicle features, financing basics, and services, and assist Sales & Operations Advisors through the purchasing process.

You will follow up on internet leads, schedule appointments, handle paperwork, support daily operations, and maintain showroom presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, sales and/or retail with a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Ability to progress through training and certification programs.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner to create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist Sales & Operations Advisors during purchasing, presenting vehicle features, pricing, financing basics, and services.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests to nurture relationships and engagement.
• Schedule appointments and maintain communication with prospective customers via calls, texts, and emails.
• Support sales team with test drives, vehicle presentations, and paperwork processing.
