Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver a world-class customer experience and seamless internal operations at our dealership. You will guide customers through vehicle selection, financing, and the purchase process while handling daily store duties.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, appointment setting, and end-to-end sales while maintaining inventory knowledge and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience in sales and retail operations.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a drug test and a background check.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with customers who expressed interest in purchasing a vehicle, guiding them through DriveTime processes.
• Manage the full sales cycle by completing sales calls to secure appointments and convert visits into sales.
• Perform operational responsibilities including opening/closing the store, cash handling, inventory management, audits, and documentation (tags, title/registration).
• Maintain expert knowledge of dealership inventory, financing options, and all related sales processes.
• Collaborate with team members to sustain a positive, safe, and high-performing work environment.
