Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience
• Minimum of 3 years in sales and retail operations, with proven success in driving sales performance and delivering high-quality customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective customer interactions by understanding needs and matching them with vehicle, inventory, and financing options.
• Ensure each customer completes a purchase or understands next steps to do so.
• Support dealership operations by completing required tasks, maintaining compliance, and delivering high-quality customer experience.
