DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences while guiding buyers through the full sales cycle and financing options. You will support daily dealership operations, maintain compliance, and help ensure a high-quality customer journey from inquiry to purchase.

Role progresses through multi‑phase levels with training, development, and certification, offering a pathway to leadership within a fast-paced, customer‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and retail operations, with proven success in driving sales performance, managing operational processes, and delivering high‑quality customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective customer interactions by understanding needs and matching them with the right vehicle, inventory, and financing options.
• Guide customers through the sales process to complete purchases or outline next steps.
• Support dealership operations with required tasks, compliance, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
• Build partnerships with customers to guide them through DriveTime Nurture and Sales processes.
• Manage full sales cycle by making calls to secure appointments and converting visits into sales.
• Perform store opening/closing, cash handling, nurture activities, inventory management, audits, and administrative tasks.
