Job summary

DriveTime is hiring a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences, match buyers with the right vehicle and financing options, and support dealership operations with accurate paperwork, inventories, and compliance.

You will build customer relationships, guide them through DriveTime processes, and progress through levels as you grow expertise in sales, operations, and leadership within the store.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience in sales and retail operations.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for the last 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with customers through DriveTime processes and nurture them through the sales cycle.
• Manage the full sales cycle by making calls to secure appointments and convert visits into sales.
• Perform operational duties including opening/closing, cash handling, inventories, audits, and documentation.
• Maintain expert knowledge of inventory, website listings, financing options, and related sales processes.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience and support ongoing dealership operations.
