Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is hiring a Sales and Operations Advisor to guide customers through the vehicle selection and financing process, while supporting dealership operations and compliance. This role focuses on delivering a tailored customer experience and driving sales conversions.

The candidate will handle opening/closing duties, inventory oversight, and post-sale activities, while growing through multi-phase development and training programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience in sales and retail operations.
• Proven success in driving sales performance and delivering high-quality customer experiences.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with customers interested in purchasing a vehicle.
• Manage full sales cycle through calls and appointments.
• Open/close the store, handle cash, nurture activities, inventory management, audits, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain expert knowledge of dealership inventory, financing options and sales processes.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience in the dealership and support onboarding and training.
