Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands seeks a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver a world-class customer experience, guiding buyers through the inventory and financing process and supporting dealership operations.

You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from calls to appointments to completed sales, while opening/closing the store, handling cash, and maintaining compliance to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience.
• 3+ years in sales and retail operations with proven performance.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with customers to guide them through DriveTime processes.
• Manage full sales cycle from calls to appointments to sales.
• Open/close the store, cash handling, inventory, documentation.
