Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is hiring a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver strong customer interactions and match buyers with the right vehicle, inventory, and financing options. You will support dealership operations and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

The role involves managing the full sales cycle, operating procedures, and training new hires, with opportunities for advancement through Levels 0–4 as you grow in sales and leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience in sales and retail operations.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years; must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a drug test and a background check.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with customers; guide them through the DriveTime nurture and sales processes.
• Manage full sales cycle: make sales calls, secure appointments, convert visits to sales.
• Perform store operations: opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, audits, and admin tasks.
• Maintain expertise on dealership inventory, financing options, and sales processes; support onboarding and training.
