DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking an energetic Sales and Operations Advisor to engage customers, guide them through vehicle selection, and coordinate financing options. You will support dealership operations, complete required tasks, and maintain a high-quality customer experience across the DriveTime family of companies.

The role progresses through levels 0–4 with training and opportunities to grow in sales, operations, and leadership as you advance certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of sales and retail operations experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with customers expressing vehicle interest and guide them through processes.
• Manage full sales cycle: calls, appointments, sales conversions.
• Open/close the store, cash handling, nurturing activities, inventory audits.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, financing options, and post-sale activities.
• Support team, deliver world-class customer experience, assist onboarding.
