Job summary

DriveTime is hiring for a Customer Experience & Sales Support role at our Tampa area dealerships. You will greet customers, present vehicle features and financing basics, and help nurture relationships from inquiry to purchase.

You’ll coordinate test drives, showrooms, and follow-up activities to ensure a smooth buyer journey. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in hospitality, sales, or retail in a fast-paced setting, plus a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years related work experience in hospitality, sales and/or retail with a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Ability to progress through a multi-phase, learning certification of Level 1 and 2 with increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist Sales & Operations Advisors during purchasing, explain features and financing basics.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests.
• Schedule appointments and maintain consistent communication with prospects.
• Support sales team with test drives, vehicle presentations, and follow-up activities.
