Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to engage customers, guide them through vehicle selection and financing, and support dealership operations. You’ll drive sales, manage appointments, and maintain inventory knowledge while upholding high service standards.

The role includes store duties, training new hires, and contributing to a positive team environment. Candidates should have 3+ years in sales/retail ops, a valid license, and be 18+ with background checks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience in sales and retail operations.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass drug and background checks.
• Ability to open/close the store, handle cash, and perform administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer partnerships and guide them through продаж process and financing options.
• Manage full sales cycle: make calls, secure appointments, convert visits to sales.
• Perform store opening/closing, cash handling, and daily operational tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, website listings, financing options, and processes.
• Support onboarding and development of new Sales and Operations Advisors.
