Job summary

DriveTime is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to engage customers, match them with vehicles and financing, and support dealership operations. You will guide customers through the sales process and help ensure a high-quality experience.

The role includes opening/closing the store, handling transactions, maintaining inventory, and supporting teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Experience in sales and operations is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience in sales and retail operations.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with customers to guide them through the sales process.
• Manage full sales cycle by making calls, securing appointments, and converting visits into sales.
• Perform store opening/closing, cash handling, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
