Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands seeks a Sales & Operations Advisor to guide customers through vehicle selection and financing, while also supporting daily dealership operations. You will manage the sales cycle, nurture prospects, and help ensure accurate inventory and post-sale processes.

The role emphasizes customer experience and team collaboration in a fast-paced setting. The position offers a path through multi-phase development and requires a driver’s license, background check, and drug test

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associates or bachelor’s preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience in sales and retail operations.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record in the past 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with customers interested in purchasing a vehicle.
• Manage the full sales cycle from calls to appointments to completed sales.
• Open/close the store, handle cash, and perform sales and nurture activities.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, financing options, and post-sale processes.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training for new Sales and Operations Advisors.
